Prior to the start of each year, the Management Team meets for a full day review of the Strategic Plan and to develop specific tasks and targets to ensure we are on track to meeting our objectives. Action Item : 2022_Landowner Outreach Procedure; 2013_Volunteer Manual; Communications Guidelines; Indigenous Engagement Policy Framework; Fund Development Policy FrameworkCSMPE : The Landowner Outreach Procedure outlines our procedure for working with land owners specifically. The Communication Guidelines provides high level oversight regarding how we communicate with our audience. Both the Indigenous Engagement Policy and Volunteer manual are slightly out of date and undergoing review. We are in the process of developing both an EDI strategy and Communications and Engagement Strategy which will encompass many of the elements described in Standard 1(C) that we can provide once completed if desired.Compliance Level : 3Priority : 0
